Ipad mini
Google Chrome Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build)
iOS 16

Description
When trying to delete a tag as a user without Admin privileges the user is able to successfully delete the tag.

Steps to reproduce
1.Log in to the application.
2.Click on the menu on the top left corner then click on 'Tags'.
3.Click on the delete button.

Expected Result
After the user has clicked on 'Tags' and selected the chosen tag and tried to delete the tag, the user
should not be able to successfully delete the tag.

Actual Result
After the user has clicked on 'Tags' and selected the chosen tag then tries to delete the tag, the user successfully
deletes the chosen tag.
