open"webinar" when edeting a webinar in the "title" chatagory the user can still use invalid characters and in the "description" it still alows the user to be editet even under 10 characters

webinar can still be edited even with invalid chredentials in the "title" and "description" field

google chrome
Steps to reproduce
- log in to the system
- navigate to webinars
- go to "edit" button
- enter invalid credentials in "title" and "description"
- save the edited webinar clicking edit
Expected Result
the webinar should not havee ben succecfullly edite with the invalid characters
Actual Result
the webinar is edited succesfully even with invalid characters .
