Precondition
User has to be registered on the platform.
Steps to reproduce
1.Open browser.
2.Navigate to url:https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
3.Log in with valid cridentials.
4.Navigate to "Users" menu.
5.Click on the "CREATE" button.
6.Fill the "Password" field with 31 characters.
Expected result
The "Password" field can not accept 31 characters.
Actual result
The "Password" field accepts 31 characters.
