Interrapt G33

Description:
The "NAME" field should be filled with special characters (only “-”, and “.”).

1. Log in to the system
2. Navigate to the "Attendees" page
3. Click the "CREATE" button
4. Fill the "Name" field with with special characters not supported by criteria-based rules. [Ar^*]
5. Fill the "Surname" field
6. Fill the "E-mail" field
7. Pick a webinar id from the dropdown menu
8. Click the "CREATE" button

Expected Result:
A message in red letters should be shown explaining that the input field should be filled with filled with special characters (only “-”, and “.”) and an attendee should not be created.

Actual Result:
Field allows special characters not supported by criteria-based rules and an attendee has been created.
