Description:
The "NAME" field should be filled with special characters (only “-”, and “.”).

Galaxy Note20 Ultra / Android 13 / Google Chrome version 131.0.6778.81
- Log in to the system
- Navigate to the "Attendees" page
- Click the "CREATE" button
- Fill the "Name" field with with special characters not supported by criteria-based rules. [Ar^*]
- Fill the "Surname" field
- Fill the "E-mail" field
- Pick a webinar id from the dropdown menu
- Click the "CREATE" button
Expected Result:
A message in red letters should be shown explaining that the input field should be filled with filled with special characters (only “-”, and “.”) and an attendee should not be created.
Actual Result:
Field allows special characters not supported by criteria-based rules and an attendee has been created.
